Are you home-schooling or travelling with your family? We would love to support your child on their learning journey. ‘Minds to Grow’ is perfect to support at home learning and travelling. We offer a range of different support options to suit your family.
LESSON PLANS:

Individualised planned lessons for you to complete at home. This includes a pre-recorded teaching video that can be paused/replayed, lesson resources and a lesson plan to follow that is easy to understand.

You choose what you want the lesson focus to be (reading, comprehension etc).

Individualised weekly learning pack emailed as a PDF.

LIVE TEACHING SESSIONS:

Live one-on-one teaching sessions completed via zoom.

After 5 sessions, parents are emailed a success blurb. This outlines what we have been working on in the sessions.

ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING SESSIONS:
At ‘Minds to Grow’ we offer one-on-one sessions based on the learning needs.
What is included in this session:

Our sessions always begin with a mindfulness activity to help children get grounded and focused

One on one with myself for 60 minutes

A detailed planned lesson

Individual learning goals related to literacy or numeracy

An emailed learning booklet of resources to use during lesson that needs to be printed prior to lesson and approximately 30 minutes of content to complete after lesson

Fun “brain breaks” when needed

Follow up phone call during the week to check in

GROUP TUTORING SESSIONS:
At 'Minds to Grow' we understand that some children learn best in group environments and enjoy learning from each other. In our group sessions, we accommodate 2-5 children in a 60-minute session. We group students based on their interests, personalities, learning needs and age - as best as we can. We have lots of fun during the group sessions; we laugh and bring the joy factor to learning. The children form close bonds with one another and this builds their confidence and social skills during these sessions.

LEARNING / PLAY SESSIONS
Imagine a place where learning transforms into play, where curiosity ignites and knowledge blossoms – that’s exactly what Minds to Grow is all about!
Are your little one’s ages 3-4 itching to explore the world around them? Join our pre-primary sessions every Friday and let them embark on an educational adventure like no other!
Got an eager 5-7 year old at home? Our early Primary sessions are tailor made for them. Drop off your champs and we dive into numeracy and literacy adventures together.
I believe in the power of play-based learning, where each session is carefully crafted to follow your child’s passions and interest. I keep those little minds engaged, excited and eager to learn more!
Our cosy sessions are intimate with a group size of maximum of 10 students. This is so I can get to know each little superstar personally, nurture their individual interests, and provide a calm and great experience for them!
Minds to Grow sessions are filled with laughter, learning and endless possibilities. The sessions take place in a large room and outside.
